14 Curated House Standards for a Harmonious Stay
As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show valid identity and address proof like Passport, Driving license or Aadhaar Card at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry at least one document with you.
Room tariff to be paid at the time of check in by the guest. Room check in time is 12:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM which is to be followed strictly. Delay in check out will made guest liable for extra payment as per hotel rules.
Guests are given the room key on registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock their rooms. Guests are required to hand over their keys at the reception on departure. In case of loss of the room key, the guest is entitled to pay a penalty.
Two persons (adult) are allowed in one room, In case of children (up to 5 years) one more will be allowed (two adult, children).
In case of three persons (adult), a mattress will be provided which is chargeable.
In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking.
Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to the third person, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired. Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the reception.
Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects the Hotel Rules.
Smoking (Fire alarm in each room) & spitting tobacco in hotel rooms/premises is strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance with this rule, hotel is obliged to charge the penalty as per rules.
It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel.
All rooms have AC. Keep the door closed for effective cooling, and switch off the AC when leaving the room.
Wi-Fi internet is free throughout the hotel. The password is provided at reception.
Irons, hot plates, electric heaters or other heating devices not provided by the hotel are not permitted in rooms.
Pillows, blankets, towels, linen and other room inventory may not be taken out of the room; a penalty applies if found missing.
